    Start the process by submitting your information through our secure online portal. Everything is handled digitally for your convenience.

    2. Application Review

    Our team carefully reviews your submitted intake application. We verify all details to ensure program requirements are met before proceeding.

    3. Contract & Invoice

    Once approved, we send a digital contract for easy eSignature. Following the signature, you will receive an online invoice to securely process your payment.

    4. Device Installation

    After payment is confirmed, we schedule your installation. The ReliAlert™XC4 device is securely fitted using our specialized SecureCuff™ technology.

    5. Active Monitoring

    GPS tracking begins immediately. Our monitoring center provides continuous oversight, and our team is available via 3-way voice communication if needed.

    What to Prepare for Installation

    Because our intake, contracts, and payments are handled completely online, your installation appointment is quick and focused solely on device fitting and orientation. Please bring these items to verify your identity.

    Average Installation Time

    The in-person installation process, including device fitting and care orientation, typically takes 15 to 20 minutes.

    Valid Identification

    State-issued ID, driver's license, or passport to verify identity.

    Court Documents

    Any relevant court orders, bond paperwork, or release conditions.

    Payment Method

    Credit/debit card for setup fees and recurring monitoring payments.
