    1. Overview

    At My GPS Monitor, we strive to provide reliable and efficient GPS monitoring services. This Refund Policy outlines the terms and conditions regarding refunds for our services and equipment.

    2. Non-Refundable Fees

    All initial fees, including the first month's monitoring fee and any associated service or intake fees, are strictly non-refundable. The sole exception to this policy is if the GPS monitoring device is never activated and is never installed on the Monitored Individual (MI). Once the device has been activated or installed, all initial payments become fully non-refundable.

    Furthermore, all recurring monthly payments are non-refundable and non-transferable. If service is terminated or suspended during an active billing cycle, we do not provide prorated refunds or credits for any unused days remaining in that cycle.

    3. Equipment Deposits and Fees

    Any deposits collected for GPS monitoring equipment (including the ReliAlert™XC4 and SecureCuff™) will be refunded upon the safe, undamaged return of the equipment at the end of the monitoring term. If equipment is damaged, lost, or not returned, the deposit will be forfeited and additional replacement fees may apply.

    4. Exceptions

    Refunds may be issued on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of My GPS Monitor management in the event of billing errors or extenuating circumstances.
