Device Care & Battery Guidelines
Follow these critical guidelines to avoid device damage, replacement fees, and monitoring interruptions.
Daily Charging Requirement
You must charge the device daily for at least 2 hours. Our system actively tracks and logs exactly when you charge, for how long, and at what times of the day.
Do Not Charge While Sleeping
Cannot charge while sleeping. A sleeping individual moves, which can damage the charging port or device. If damaged, you will be responsible for the replacement cost.
Use Original Equipment
You must use the original charger provided. Third-party chargers will damage the battery and void the hardware warranty, resulting in replacement fees.
Water Protection
Must not go swimming even though the device is waterproof. When showering, wrap the device with plastic to protect it and ensure the screws don't rust over time.
Need a replacement charger?
If your charger is lost or damaged, you must order a replacement immediately to remain compliant with your monitoring requirements.
Purchase New ChargerFees Non-Refundable: All initial fees (monthly or service fee) paid are Non-Refundable with the exception that the monitoring device was never activated and installed on the monitored individual (MI). Recurring monthly payments are non-refundable and non-transferable.
